It was absolutely amazing! Well worth the wait because good things take time and we were warned about the wait time which honestly wasn’t too bad considering the chef is only one person cooking these amazing meals! The portion was absolutely perfect! The food tasted so fresh and filled with more than enough of the other ingredients! Not skimpy at all and I’ll be happy to spend my money here again. Ceviche7 is a great place to stop by for fresh cooked, high quality Peruvian cuisine. We got the ceviche (as we had to, it's in the namesake!) and it was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. The portion size left me satisfied even after sharing with family. And my dad who previously did not like ceviche said it was great! Everything is hand crafted and cooked on the spot so you can bet that it's going to taste absolutely delicious.

Best Peruvian food I’ve had in Austin!! The owner is super nice and the Arroz Chaufa, Pan con Chicharrón, Ceviche, and Lomo Saltado are absolutely scrumptious!! Definitely check this place out everything is delicious and the service is stellar!
